There are ERC funded PhD and PostDoc positions currently available in the field of Chemical Biology in our group at the Institute of Pharmacy and Molecular Biotechnology (IPMB), Heidelberg University. The project will primarily focus on the discovery and imaging of disease-related RNA interactomes using cutting-edge methods developed in our lab.  For a detailed description of the position, click here.

Our research is highly interdisciplinary with projects harnessing molecular biology, organic chemistry, chemical biology and microscopy. This creates a unique training environment for individuals who want to be exposed to various research questions at the interphase of chemistry, biology and physics and to excel at using state-of-the-art technologies. Research Internship. We offer tailored projects to the students of Pharmacy (Wahlpflichtfach), Molecular Biology (Wirkstoffforschung) and (Bio-)Chemistry (Pharmazeutische Chemie or OC-F) for their elective internships. External students are also welcome.
